That’s the theme of the Hill Country Blenders annual Spring Show to be held Friday and Saturday nights, April 25 & 26, at the First Baptist Church, 501 12th Street in Marble Falls. The Blenders, directed by Mr. Peter Cunningham, will sing in the typical four-part “Barbershop” a capella style. This year the annual show honors the 75th anniversary of the Barbershop Harmony Society, the Blender’s parent international organization, and will feature a variety of traditional 1890’s style barbershop four-part harmony as well as barbershop arrangements of more modern sacred, patriotic, and popular music.

In addition to showcasing the Blenders’ senior quartet, Premium Blend, the show will also feature two other well-known Hill Country vocal groups. The ladies of the Bluebonnet Chorale, directed by Mrs. Mary Williams, will present “Broadway Through the Eyes of the Ladies” which will be sure to delight any fan of the classic Broadway stage genre
