Marble Falls, Texas – It’s almost time for the 2nd Annual Marble Falls Walk-A-Dog-A-Thon Event. Help save shelter dogs from being killed! Join us as we WALK to help support the Highland Lakes SPCA, a no-kill sanctuary that is dedicated to providing a home along the way for dogs in need.

The Walk-A-Dog-A-Thon is a fun-filled family event featuring a 2 1/2 mile walk with your friends, family and your canine companion! The walk begins in Johnson Park and does along beautiful Historic Main Street. Secret tip: there are numerous shortcuts for those who are not up to the full 2.5 miles! The “party in the park” includes vendors, doggie contests, food, live music and more to benefit Highland Lakes SPCA and the homeless animals in their care.

Event organizers are asking people in the Highland Lakes communities (and their dogs) to come out and show their support! The event takes place Saturday March 1st and begins at Johnson Park in Marble Falls.

Registration is $20 per person, $15 for children who wish to register.

“Party in the Park” & Event Registration begins in Johnson Park at 10am.

The official start time of the walk is 11am beginning in Johnson Park.

Registered walkers are invited to begin their walk anytime between 10am and 2:00pm
