We have officially kicked off our efforts to restore the 40 year old lighthouse at the end of Lighthouse Drive. Carol Young, the Friends of the Lighthouse Committee chair, has started working with a cross section of Horseshoe Bay area residents and business owners to begin the planning and fundraising efforts. If you are interested in volunteering to help the committee or want more information, please call the HSB POA office at (830) 598-8795.

The POA recently acquired an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). We will be working with the Horseshoe Bay Fire Department on offering training classes as we prepare to have this life saving equipment installed at Quail Point Lodge. Details will be provided shortly.

The Horseshoe Bay POA Board also serves as the Board for The Cape, Inc. Recently, the POA General Manager and the Board have been working with a committee of Cape residents on plans to re-landscape the esplanades on the Cape Road
